Staffs are friendly and always attend to our requests. The staffs welcome us with warm greetings and serve us with welcome drinks !

The bathroom is stuck and water can’t flow properly. Overall all are great and definitely will come back again !

Ubud Overrated. Not the true Bali. Make it a short stay.

At this this location is just out of the madness of the business of Ubud central. There is a convenience store nearby and a small temple but the road way is narrow and not the easiest to navigate. Room was fair but some human hair in the sink and shower, toilet would barely flush and you need to wait an eternity for it to refill before trying again. Questionable electrical cables under bed and into walls, I had two archs with spark when I plugged my adapter in - so I left it. Plunge pool Ok but the ranch slider doors would not open or close properly - had to force one open and leave it open for my stay.

I left after 1 night as I decided Ubud was not my thing; over tourism and rubbish everywhere. Traffic madness and noise.

Excellent staff. On my request they arranged anniversary special candle light dinner for us.

Menu is very limited, they should think of adding some more vegetarian items. Mineral water is too costly, it would be great if they can keep Cans of pure drinking water on every floor.

if the price is right, it is nice to feel staying in the village.

the villa outdoor is beautiful, and you can't expect like it is in hotel as it a village and everything you see here are all village style of living. but the staff are 100% on assisting on any matters.

the bed mattress is not comfortable on other stuff I can accept as this is village style of living. No cable TV, as mentioned while book for this property it should come with cable TV, so I was not happy on this. As I have to use my personal NETFLIX account to enjoy my stay night

The staff are kind and the hotel is quiet.

This hotel has not recovered from the pandemic. The floor is sticky and the bathroom shower booth is full of mold. There are many insects in the room, including ants and spiders. Especially when I opened the electric kettle, I was shocked and almost vomited. I took a massage at this hotel, and when I opened the massage room, there was dust and smell that seemed to have not been cleaned for three years. The massage bed was full of dust, so I didn't want to lie down. Shuttle buses to downtown are no longer in operation. The whole facility is a mess. Especially after I saw the cutting board in the kitchen, I rarely ate breakfast. Everything in this hotel was terrible, but the manager was almost invisible. The staff were very friendly, but they had no idea how to deal with the needs of the guests. On the last day, when I was packing, a lizard fell on my foot from the ceiling. I think it was a small, well-managed hotel before the pandemic, but not anymore.

Don’t expect much and you won’t be disappointed

Good location and very nice staff

The property is listed as 3* on Booking and 2* on Google Maps. The latter seems more accurate. The room is very old and worn-down, not nearly as good as in the photos. Bathroom is not very clean - there is a lot of black mold around the shower. AC is very noisy and needs maintenance. No blackout curtains in the bedroom, only wooden blinds that let a lot of light in already at 6am, so don’t expect to sleep well.

I’d definitely recommend staying here. It’s very tranquil.

It was very peaceful and quiet. A lovely spot and attentive and friendly staff. The massage therapist, Ibu Wayan was excellent!

The room could have used a coat of paint but other than that it was lovely.

Hygiëne op sommige punten. De badkamer was schoon, maar er was vies bestek en vieze koffiekopjes. Ook was de kamer vochtig en had hier en daar schimmelplekken.

Clairement pas à quoi je m'attendais mais personnel incroyablement gentil.

Le personnel est incroyablement sympathique, serviable et souriant. C'est le meilleur souvenir que j'ai de cet hôtel. Le petit déjeuner était très copieux.

La suite avec piscine privée ne vaut pas le coup d'être louée. Le moteur de filtration n'a fonctionné qu'une journée donc l'eau était sale. La clim donne directement sur le lit donc vous avez froid la nuit. Aucun interrupteur à disponibilité du lit, il faut se lever pour allumer et éteindre la lumière. Pas de lampe de chevet. Les fenêtres sont mal isolées du jour, donc si vous ne supportez pas de dormir avec le jour c'est à éviter. Bref ce n'est clairement pas une suite avec piscine privée digne de ce nom.
