I was amazed by how helpful Hamid, the manager, was both before, during, and after our stay. I booked the hotel quite late (about 5 hours before arrival), and he still arranged a transfer from the busstation to the hotel for us. When we got there he came and picked us up from the taxi and was very welcoming, and just a great fun guy. I really enjoyed talking to him whenever we saw him.
Our flight out was at 6AM, which meant we had to get into a taxi at 3AM, which of course he arranged for us, and when we got up he was waiting for us to say goodbye and walk us to the taxi! Just an incredible level of commitment.
The hotel itself is great too. The rooftop pool is really nice (and clean), which is wonderful during the hot afternoons in Marrakech. The breakfast is plentiful, and the room was great, with really comfortable beds.

Lovely property. Rooftop pool (small but hey, there’s a pool. Very clean and nice. Lovely staff. Great breakfast. Would certainly stay there again.

The brilliant staff really did make me feel welcome, arrived early and was able to check in straight away. Waled was great, very friendly and went out of his way to help and nothing was too much bother. Breakfast was good and even Waled delivered mine the night before I had a very early hot air balloon trip the following morning.
Not really, locally though be wary of guys offering to find your way back to the place at night as they will demand money,
