Riad Prada

This was our first time in a riad and what a place to have this experience! The staff led by the day manager Zekaria, were always there to help - with great suggestions, ideas for places to visit and they even arranged a hammam experience for us. The rooms are quite good for families/friend groups, clean and well kept (and they have air conditioning). One of the best parts was definitely the home cooked breakfast - I would definitely recommend to take that option.

Since it's deep inside the Medina so it can be a bit difficult if you have a lot of luggage.

We stayed at Prada Riad for four days during our girls trip. Our room was clean and cozy and also the common areas. It's a very peaceful place. We really reccomend it. We really loved the breakfast, too. The staff was really kind and helpful with us. Zaccaria, Yahya and Mhde helped us to organise our transfers and they gave us some tips to enjoy the city. The location is convenient for exploring the medina (about a 10-minute walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa). However, the path to reach the riad is not very well lit in the evening, as the last small streets are quiet and not very busy. That said, the airport taxi service they offer works perfectly: the driver drops you at the nearest entrance to the medina, where the host meets you and accompanies you to the riad. The breakfast is great, very generous and delicious. And is served on a wonderful terrace overlooking Marrakech. From there, you can admire the rooftops of the city and even see the Atlas Mountains. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Both the common areas and the room are very clean. The room is spacious and equipped with everything you need. The riad itself is well maintained, colorful, and pleasantly fragrant. Whether you’re relaxing on the terrace, sitting in the lounge area, or in the courtyard, it’s a place where you genuinely enjoy spending time, it feels very cozy and welcoming.

This does not take away from the overall experience, as I had already read it in other reviews, but it’s worth mentioning. Booking lists “outdoor pool” and “spa & wellness center” among the facilities, which can be a bit misleading. It is not actually a swimming pool, but rather a very shallow decorative pool in the courtyard.

Abdul and Zacharia very friendly and helpful. Tasty breakfast, but too much sugar.

Don't have a late check-out option which is very important for tourists with evening flight. The other thing is the lady who clean our room she throws our return tickets to the airport and we have to purchase another. Bed wasn't comfy and the room have unpleasant odour.
