Abdo was great, super helpful, friendly and welcoming. gave us great recommendations for where to shop and eat. They were able to give us a take away breakfast for when we had to leave early in the morning which was a life saver. Had strong AC. Downsides are having to ring/knock the front door to get in and out of the building. Making it not convenient if you need to go in and out often or if you come late at night. There was also a pretty strong sewage odor coming from the toilet, closing the lid helped but just something to keep in mind

WiFi was a bit glitchy at times and cut out at the terrace but that’s only a small issue.
the staff was very helpful, the bed was comfortable and the ac worked so functioned very well as a stay.
the hammam package was enjoyable and reasonably priced.

The bathroom needs updating. It was very dated. The description says there is a TV in the bedroom. It is not the case. We asked and we're told there was no TV in any room.
