Nearly everything except the extra costs for the Pool.
But unfortunately that's not up to the very friendly and nice owner of the Apartment.
From 7am to 12pm the pool cost an additional fee of 250 PHP and from 12pm to 7pm the pool costs again an additional fee of 250 PHP per person.
So if a couple wants to spend the whole day at the pool it costs every day additional 1.000,-- PHP.
Usually in every Condominium the Pool and Gym is for free because it's paid with the monthly maintenance fee !!!

My only concern is the payment for parking fee it's disorganised and took more than one hour to pay my fee.
