Great place for short stay. Very clean and accommodating owner.

The host in booking .com is very prompt fantastic communicator but teach your caretaker there to answer phone or text not days later. Safe gated community Next to SM shopping centre. Wave pool is fantastic, there is an entrance fee p250 person but we'll worth it.
Noise traffic through out the night building is next to freeway. Given a number for caretaker asked a question rang and text but got no answer. Ended up asking security guard which was very helpful throughout our stay.
