Being located within walking distance of a SM mall is excellent. Many places to shop and eat. Place was spacious as it is a 2 bedroom 1 bath condominium.
Because it is located off a main street and highway (Skyway) noises from the vehicle/trucks are heard day and night. It takes some getting used to. Also did not like that the bed frame in one of the bedrooms needed an Allen screw tightened. Since we had no tools our son had to sleep on the sofa as the headboard was not secure so it leaned inward if you tried laying in the bed. Lastly there is a daily cost for parking.
