It was ok, modern and functional.
Check in process was difficult. Host was difficult to communicate with. Took over an hour to get first contact from the host. I booked late but within the check in timeframe so that can't be used as an excuse for ignoring me for an hour.

nice property
the room was not well maintained.flooring was bad .bad part you have to pay for your own supplies toilet paper etc ..the owner should show unit and understand how things work . like the stove for cooking .internet didn’t work .she came over and showed me but a little late cause I left the day she showed me ..

Too picky on swim apparel. Guard will blow whistles for not wearing beach attire.

Apartment was very old and dated. Refrigerator could not seal. Lounge/sofa had no padding and nails sticking up in 2 locations. Unit came with a list of penalties for using too much electricity. Stain on bedding another penalty. Use of resort swimming facilities pesos 250 each person for morning use and another 250 for afternoon
