The host is very communicative and easy to reach. She replies fast, from booking to checkout up to the security deposit refund. Kudos to the host
What we didn’t like about the stay was the reception and the waiting area. During checkout, only the guest checking out is allowed at the reception, and companions must stay in the waiting area. The problem is the waiting area is outside, very hot at noon, and not comfortable. The tent is small and it’s hard to wait there while waiting for the car.
They also mentioned another waiting area below the reception, but it’s not accessible, especially if you’re carrying luggage. I hope they can provide a proper and comfortable waiting area for guests during checkout.
