Jaja was incredibly helpful! she went above and beyond for me and my family and nothing was too much to ask. she greeted us with a warm welcome and her property was absolutely excellent for us !! when I visit Manila again I will without a doubt be staying in Jajas apartment !!

Clean room and beddings.
Very friendly and courteous staff - Janine
Convenient place, near mall and restaurants.
Very good security. Makes you feel safe once inside the premises.
Poor wifi connection. My kids were really disappointed because of this.
It was not stated that there is no free parking space, so we didn't know we will be charged with additional 450/night for parking. It should have been made clear from the start.
Gym fitness center is off limits for visitors.
