Accommodating helpful and friendly

Very nice owners who were very helpful and accommodating.

Not a big problem because I could probably just have mentioned it, but the WiFi connection didn't work on my phone. I didn't need it but maybe something to work on if it is indeed a problem.

clean room, bad location and bad customer service

the room was clean

it is a 30 minute car ride to the center and 30euro cab drive. there is only one lady running the hotel and she comes and goes so there is nobody in the reception, had to wait 15 minutes outside the hotel gates just to get in. once you have a room key you have to go pass 2 other electric systems with a long code that doesnt always work just to get in, not friendly or helpful. the checkin is only from 17:30 which is not convenient and checkout until 10:00. lady doesn’t know english so it was hard to communicate and wasnt helpful.

Very nice place to stay in. Not too far from anything if you have a car.

Very nice and very clean room with nice touches (breakfast left the night before in the room as we were leaving very early) and well maintained! Good recommendations to eat out.

Our host could have been a little friendlier in both her oral and written communication. It would have been nice to have a clear explanation of the documents we were signing (use of personal data). It was in Italian and it seemed that she couldn’t clearly explain to us what it was for and the document was hardly legible (print quality)

Comodo per lavoro

Struttura comoda per la zona in cui ero impegnato per lavoro. Vicino a zone commerciali grandi e ben fornite. Camera pulita e spaziosa il giusto, bagno comodo e spazioso.

Seppure ne fossi a conoscenza è leggermente scomodo non avere una colazione, ma questo non ha minimamente turbato il soggiorno e alla fine ci si può organizzare uscendo (lo snack in camera è molto limitato sebbene sia comunque una picevole cortesia).

Un soggiorno vicino al villaggio di Natale

Struttura semplice ma completa di tutto. Inclusa nel prezzo era presente anche una modesta colazione, dal momento che la struttura non è ancora attrezzata per una sala colazioni. Sono stati molto carini a fornirla. Camere piccole, ma fornite di tutto. Personale gentile e disponibile! Siamo rimasti sorpresi dalla via addobbata a festa per il Natale in arrivo!

La posizione un po' scomoda, intorno non c'è niente se non fabbriche, è necessario spostarsi in macchina.

L'ho scelto per la posizione, poiché mi serviva un alloggio in questa zona, poi... Zero!

Camera consegnata dopo le 18:00, trovo inammissibile pagare una quota intera per usufruire della stanza solo la sera, in più chiedono di lasciarla alle 10 del mattino. Non si preoccupano di Lasciare i clienti tutto il giorno senza la stanza ma hanno la pretesa di farla lasciare nel primo mattino. Dopo un diverbio mi è stato concesso di lasciarla alle 12:00 (era il minimo) Cucina presente in camera, ma chiusa, viene sbloccata su richiesta e tale richiesta per 2 GG è stata di 105€. Follia pura !!

Costretta perché non ho potuto annullare

Già discusso con la receptionist..ho scoperto solo dopo aver prenotato e pagato che c’era il supplemento di €50 come penale per arrivo dopo le 20..cosa bruttissima che hanno applicato nonostante il loro errore.

Struttura semplice e molto comoda per raggiungere l'ospedale San Luigi. Camere pulite e sistemate quotidianamente, personale gentile e pronto ad aiutare in caso di necessità.

Camera non molto insonorizzate per cui la sera si sentivano chiaramente le conversazioni dei vicini ( che avevano un tono alto), ma per fortuna alle 22 c'era silenzio.

Freddo e incapacità di venire incontro alle esigenze

La lentezza del personale per fare il check in nonostante avessimo espressamente detto che eravamo di fretta. Stanza rumorosa e assolutamente freddissima, dato che il condizionatore non ha funzionato la sera e i termosifoni nel corridoio si sono accesi il mattino seguente, così come il condizionatore abbia iniziato ad erogare aria calda solo il mattino seguente. Abbiamo alloggiato con un neonato di 11 mesi, fortuna una notte sola, mai più! Nella stanza attaccata alla nostra hanno dormito i nostri parenti e la situazione del condizionatore di aria calda è stata identica.

Complessivamente un buon soggiorno

Zona un po' decentrata ma molto tranquilla, staff alla mano e disponibile. Ci hanno accolti bene. Anche se non previsto in camera c'erano delle brioches confezionate con fette biscottate e biscotti per poter organizzare una colazione. Wifi, tv e frigorifero con acqua. Possibilità di mettere l'auto in posteggio interno (a pagamento) La struttura inoltre appare ordinata.

Le camere al piano terra hanno poca privacy, non hanno balconi e le finestre danno su un cortile accessibile a tutti. Il clima faceva cattivo odore (probabilmente una svista temporanea della pulizia del filtro). Il prezzo per le camere al piano terra è un filo caro e rischia di non essere competitivo.

struttura abbastanza moderna e ben tenuta.

colazione non compresa ma comunque in camera ho trovato un carrello con l'occorrente per una semplice colazione....caffè o cappuccino alla macchinetta! La posizione è ideale allo scopo del nostro soggiorno e comunque è facile muoversi e arrivare ovunque senza difficoltà. Il parcheggio interno è piccolo ma esternamente alla struttura c'è molto posto su striscie bianche.

la struttura non è presidiata dal personale dell'albergo la notte e la mattina. il check in è dalle 17.30
