I like the situation which is far enough out of the centre to have the advantage of easy parking and a generally quiet environment. However, it's close enough to get into town easily.
It's a spacious apartment with good sized bedrooms, sitting room and kitchen.
The apartment is on the second floor making it not too difficult to get up to
In general, as a rental apartment it is good.
The owner is easy to contact
The apartment isn't clean everywhere. There is one kitchen unit by the window which is empty but it's filthy. The cleaning in the bathroom wasn't spotless either. The towels smelled very musty. If this were sorted out then it would be a faultless experience.
On the Friday morning, there were workmen outside shouting very loudly from 6.45am. I think they were working on the roof (admittedly beyond the control of the owner I presume)

Spacious well-furnished apartment, easily reachable by car, free parking.
Not quite convenient to reach city center.

The apartment was spacious and great for a two day stay. Easy to walk into the city to see the sights (we are fit and like walking) and fairly easy to find free parking near the apartment. It was great to be able to wash our clothes (washing powder provided by host) and to have a full kitchen to prepare meals.
The tray in the oven had been left dirty by previous guests.
