The property is in a great location with easy access to the city centre. The house is large too with a nice big living room and kitchen space for evenings.
The property is very dated and needs some serious refurbishing. In the bedrooms there were broken drawers and cupboards etc. The bathrooms look dated and tired too. There was a dusty smell when we entered the property and especially in the living room. The whole house needs a proper clean, the oven and drawers in the kitchen had lots of food crumbs in them which wasn’t pleasant. The towels in the bathroom also smelt very old and dusty which wasn’t nice. It’s a really big house, but definitely needs updating and giving a proper clean.
