Fab little apartment in a great location for the Palace in Versailles.

Great location for my visit to the Palace of Versailles. Just a 15 minute walk to the Palace and 5 minute walk to the convenience store. The apartment had everything I needed (except a mug for my coffee - this was not a deal breaker as I improvised :-D ) and was comfortable for my stay.

I arrived late at night and in the dark the instructions to access the keys were a bit confusing. It took me some time to realise I had to walk down the path and locate the key box by the stairs to enter the code to get the keys. The link to the video that showed what the key box looked like was very helpful. I'm sure if I had arrived in the day light it would have been much easier to find.

Great for a few days exploration of Versailles

Great location, and well organised within the available space ... sofa-bed was practical and easy to use, kitchenette sufficient for simple food preparation, adequate bathroom with washing machine. Well-presented and decorated, and very clean. It was nice to have some coffee pods available on arrival. Good value for money 💰

Very practical for a short stay, but just lacked storage/hanging place for clothes. No ventilation without opening the door onto shared courtyard.

Everything Smells of Mildew

The space is cute but very very small.

1. The bathroom smells of mildew and sometimes backed up sewer. 2. Every fabric in the house reeks of mildew. The towels you dry yourself with. The towels you dry your face and hair with. The sheets you sleep on. The duvet you sleep under. You need to wash your pajamas and yourself after staying here. It’s not just a whiff here and there it is pervasive and awful. 3. It is not a 1 Bedroom. It is a Studio. 4. The pull out sofa (the only bed) is very uncomfortable. It’s one of those metal frame jobs where the support rod digs into your lower back as you sleep. 5. There is a loft bed pictured in 3 of the photos on line. There are no sheets or blankets provided for this bed as it is ‘unusable’ according to property manager. 6. The dish sponge is as filthy as the towels.

Porte face aux poubelles canapé lit pas confortable J ai eu froid et la propreté est discutable . Pas de télévision comme promis . J y ai passé cinq nuits

Pas top La porte d entrée face aux poubelles L’émit face à la porte et on doit garder les rideaux fermés si on ne veut pas que les voisins nous voient

rien

immeuble insalubre, travaux de remplacement des poutres pourries du plafand et de tout l'étage facade non isolé (trous du aux travaux) du coup impossible d'avoir plus de 16° dans le studio odfeurs de moissi trés presente dans l'appartement
