A lovely roomy place to stay, near a bus stop, short walk to supermarkets, and restaurants and town

We did not use a ski lift as we came to cross country ski. We were able to use the bus from right outside the property to get to the training track in Leutasch.

Scenic and relaxing

Spacious enough for 2 families. Close to supermarkets and bus stop. Enough items in the kitchen for proper cooking. Would have been better to have also a dish washer

Fantastic week in a beautiful area, made perfect by staying in this traditonal and comfortable house!

It is a very pretty building and nicely decorated inside. Very clean. Perfectly located for all the Seefeld ski areas. We walked to Rosshütte each day, but there is also a bus that goes from outside the house. Winny is really helpful and friendly, which makes all the difference. She went out of her way to help us and make us feel welcome. Thank you! We hope to stay here again one day.

Haus Rotburga een gezellig en betaalbaar Oostenrijks huisje

Het verblijf in dit appartement was zeer geslaagd, omdat we van alle gemakken waren voorzien. We verbleven op loopafstand van het super leuke centrum van Seefeld, en ondanks dat we tussen de seizoenen inzaten was er toch genoeg te doen en te zien. Met twee gastenkaarten konden we gratis gebruik maken van openbaar vervoer in de regio...Bushalte voor aan de deur is ideaal, en afsluiten van de deuren met een code werkt prima. Geen gedoe met sleutels! ☺️

Zoals gezegd, wij waren van alle gemakken voorzien in dit huisje. Maar er zijn een paar dingetjes, die met het oog op een eventuele terugkeer nog wat beter zouden kunnen....Het appartement heet Haus Rotburga, waarom wordt dat nergens als zodanig vermeld? M.i ben je er nu heel lang naar aan het zoeken, terwijl je die naam veel makkelijker zult vinden bij de zoektocht naar een leuke accomodatie!! Wellicht een tip voor de toekomst... Punt 2, dat is de belangrijkste...Dit huisje wordt aangeboden als een locatie met twee slaapkamers, maar de praktijk leert dat dit niet het geval was! Er was een grote slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed, maar de tweede "slaapkamer" bleek de woonkamer te zijn, waar van de bank een (spijkerhard) bed gemaakt kon worden. In mijn beleving is een woonkamer GEEN slaapkamer, en moet je het dus ook niet als zodanig aanbieden! Voor ons met 2-en was dit nog te verhelpen, maar ik denk dat het met een gezin van 4/5 personen lastiger wordt...
