Location was perfect for someone staying in Hanoi, everything was within walking distance or a very easy Grab ride (never had issues booking to and from this location). Internet was fast enough for me to work on and do calls. The balcony was amazing to have, great views. Matched the pics. The staff were so lovely and helpful. Felt safe here as a solo traveller. AC was a lifesaver. Would happily stay here again.
The bathroom cleanliness could have been better, but I'm not too picky - it's pretty typical for Vietnam to not have perfect grout so if that bothers you then you may be better off at an established/chain hotel.

Location is very central within the old quarters - everything is literally 5-10 mins away by walk. If you are looking for budget travel, then this is the place to be. Also we really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast spread!
Rooms are quite cramped, one has look out for luggage space.

The room is too small. The room is less the 12 square meter (on booking page it is 17 square meter). It even does not have a table.
In the booking confirmation, it showed the price included Service charged (5%) & VAT (8%) but the hotel asked me to pay extra 15% for VAT invoice. When I booked hotel in Danang, I could receive the VAT invoice without any extra payment. It is really bad experience for me as I will not claim the money from my company.
