9 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026
The hotel was ideally located in the old quarter and close to all the attractions but very quiet in the rooms. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was small but had air conditioning, a newly installed shower, was clean and had a kettle. Free water was included.
Nothing to be honest. It was great value for money in Hanoi

The location was amazing & we genuinely could not fault the staff! They were lovely
The hot water for our shower stopped working after 1 day. Walls too thin and noisy neighbours really disrupted our sleep.
