Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, James in particular provided great service.
I can’t fault the property for the price we paid. The room was small but it served a purpose and the location was good. No elevator but staff kindly helped carry our bags.

Central location, friendly and honest staff who are helpful, clean room, good price, safe, reliable.
Were flexible with check in and provide 24/7 support, be it about traveling tips, arrangements, logistics or the accommodation itself. Positive attitude.
There wasn’t a direct elevator to top floor, small bathroom separated from bedroom with sliding door.
Also couldnt open window to outside due to lack of net, so you rely mostly on AC, but this is a general vietnam issue, not just this listing.

It was a nice place, the staff were helpful and very accommodating. They were really kind and warm! The location is really great too! You are close to everything including a short walk from Train Street.
There is no water refill so you have no-where to refill water. I think the hotel should be more environmentally-friendly. Also on the last day I was teaching and just asked for a small glass of water and they asked me to buy a bottle. It's a very small thing but I felt it was a little unhospitable.
