    We only stayed one night but our time with Liliane Hotel was definitely one of the best hotel experiences. The staffs were very friend and accommodating. Communicating was a breeze since they speak English very well. The location is right in the Old quarter. If you want, you can easily stroll the vicinity and find hidden gems.

    Small but beautiful place to stay. Very clean, best location, excellent breakfast, wonderful staffs. Everything is walking distance. Clean room n bathroom. Definitely will go n stay again

    I went to Vietnam June 17-21 with my friend. Went to Sapa 18-19, then went to Hanoi and checked in at Liliane Hotel on June 20-21. I am so satisfied with my stay at Liliane Hotel because they have a very excellent customer service, they give you tips and accommodates you very well. They also offer free shower before flying back to your home country even after hotel check out. You can also leave your luggages in the lobby after check-out while waiting for your flight. It's nice here, and the breakfast is also good. I was assisted by Ms Lili, she's so polite and hospitable. She has suggestions and tips on the best ways to make my stay worthwhile.

    Booked this hotel due to lots of good reviews. Many are saying that hotels around Old Quarters are on the "old" side, and this hotel proved it right. We didn't lose a thing from our belongings. But safety is questionable. I think their windows would be pretty easy for burglars to get into if someone really tried. Street was also pretty dark at night, just be cautious. - doors are soooooo old - electronic key cards are soooooo old - bathroom is generally clean but again, looks old - their room smelled like a strong cleaning product at first, but turns to a stuffy smell - airconditioning is working BUT rattling, because it's old - they have a vintage paddle pan (ceiling) with light bulb - basic toilettries, with hair dryer - only 1 slippers available - bed size is big enough for 2 people - but you really won't have any space to open up your luggage - location-wise, still far from the center of attraction there. - staffs are okay, they help with luggage; English speaking - but if you need help (while in your room), they dont have a phone inside to urgently call front desk. - they have complimentary breakfast (buffet style), basic asian breakfast and seemed fine to me
