Romantique Hotel De Hanoi

Charming little boutique hotel nestled in the old quarter of Hanoi. The reception was very cordial and inviting and provided sightseeing instructions. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The only drawback was the tiny bathroom. Other than that the lodging was memorable.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the staff were extremely professional, courteous, and always willing to assist with any request. Their service truly stood out and made the stay more pleasant. Another major plus was the hotel’s location—it was very close to all the food and shopping areas, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city without needing to travel far. However, the biggest drawback was the lack of soundproofing. The walls were paper-thin, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. I could hear conversations, footsteps, and even the cars passing through the streets Overall, if you’re looking for excellent service and don’t mind some noise, this hotel might work for you. But if you’re a light sleeper, you may want to consider other options.

This hotel is in a great location and the staff are very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

We had an amazing stay at Romantique Hotel de Hanoi from the first interaction until the last, the staff, especially John were incredibly helpful and hospitable even before we arrived at the hotel and after we left the hotel they made sure we made it safely to our next destination. The location was also great in the heart of the old quarter walking distance to everything.
