Villa Palmeras Beach Puerto del Carmen

Quiet, very clean, having 2 bathrooms was great, washing machine excellent, Chris obliged my request for extra pillows for my husband which was v helpful, the digital lock and Chris’ instructions beforehand made arrivals easy, beds comfortable. Shower in the big bathroom was excellent. Kitchen v well kitted out if you wanted to cook at home, which I didn’t. Fridge freezer perfect size. Thank you Chris.

The ledge upstairs on the floor was v awkward to avoid. It was. Very easy to trip over. I know this is structural and not easy to address. Another fan or ceiling fan (or 2) would be useful either upstairs or downstairs as one for both floors including 2 separate bedrooms is not enough. Shower cubicle in small bathroom needs to open out, instead of in as v tight to shut yourself in or get yourself out. Very tight for getting in and out of. I’m not thin but nor am I huge!) just a suggestion.

Great location, excellent host, had everything we needed, ideal for beach and local shops/bars/restaurants etc. Would highly recommend as a great base for a holiday in the sun.

Can't really fault it, but could do with a clothes drying rack or washing line and you need google translate for the washing machine lol. Power went off one day, but switched main circuit breaker off and back on, which sorted it😀

El alojamiento es amplio y está bien equipado. Nos gustó la ubicación y la urbanización en la que se encuentra. Muy cómodo contar con aparcamiento en la puerta. Las vistas desde una de las habitaciones son preciosas. Las camas nos han parecido cómodas.

La limpieza podría mejorar (la terraza parecía que no se había limpiado en bastante tiempo y los armarios estaban descuidados).

Rustige locatie en het huis op zich prima. Badkamers prima, bedden zijn goed.

Nood aan grote schoonmaak : vuile ramen, terras niet onderhouden, oppervlakkig gepoetst. Waterlek in slaapkamer (gemeld maar zo goed als geen reactie hieromtrent ontvangen) Ramen boven sluiten niet volledig Oprit is niet afgewerkt(bij de buren is dit wel zo) en zou dan wel als terras gebruikt kunnen worden (avondzon) Eetkamerstoelen zijn zeer oncomfortabel (wij hebben de terrasstoelen gebruikt) Gordijnen slaapkamers sluiten moeilijk Palmboom voorzijde : bladeren slaan tegen de ramen bij wind, misschien snoeien ? Slechts 1 keukenhanddoek voor hele week. Onvoldoende bestek ( drie koffielepeltjes). Buitendeuren klemmen
