Прекрасна и очень чистая квартира, такая просторная, а главное - прохладная даже в самые жаркие дни. Вид с балкона и спальни на Арарат завораживает, и расположена квартира прекрасно - всего минут семь пешком до Сарьяна и всех кафе и ресторанов. И такой милый и вежливый владелец - подождал нас, когда наш рейс задержали, а ведь было уже поздно!
Все было прекрасно.

1. Расположение: рядом с центром. 2. Вид из окна! 3. Большая квартира. 4. Большой балкон-терраса. 5. Колоритный интерьер. 6. Доброжелательный хозяин.
1. Проблемы с водой: ее или нет, или идет кипяток, или очень холодная вода. 2. Проблемы с газовой плитой: при использовании остается запах газа. 3. Не помешал бы небольшой ремонт.

大房子很满意，地理位置绝佳，走小路离大阶梯就1分钟步行距离；视野与风景也是绝佳，还有洗衣机、洗碗机，浴室和厕所分开
清洁卫生方面不要太高要求就好
