Очень приятный хозяин квартиры. Квартира светлая, уютная, очень удобное месторасположение в центре города, все в пешей доступности. Отдельное спасибо за отдых 🙏

Отличное месторасположение прямо в центре. Рядом Каскад, Оперный, много кафе, ресторанов, 2 круглосуточных магазина с обменов валюты. В хорошую погоду видно Арарат. На 2-3 человека идеальное жилье по доступной цене. Хозяин жилья Геворг приветлив, а также за приятную цену провел поездку на Хор Вирап. Рекомендую

В соседней квартире шел ремонт, но он практически закончился при нас. Нет микроволновки

We booked Gevorg’s apartment last minute after the property we had originally reserved for four nights refused our accommodation due to a lack of available rooms. Gevorg responded very promptly and commuted from outside Yerevan to let us in. The apartment is great value - perfect for two friends, with separate sleeping areas, a spacious living room, and an open kitchen. Everything matched the description and photos, including the amazing view of Mount Ararat.

Personally, I found it to be more than just an apartment - it offered a truly authentic Soviet block experience, complete with friendly but occasionally noisy neighbours, some unexpected drilling, and laundry hanging from above onto the balcony. While I personally appreciated the authenticity, the rather run-down staircase and elevator may not appeal to everyone. I’d say the place is more suitable for mixed couples or groups of friends rather than solo female travellers.
