B&B Palazzo Depretis

The room was spacious, clean and tasteful although very basic.

I arrived after check in hours at 20.30 and I was unable to reach someone to let me into the building. Luckily other guests came and opened the door. The whole concept of this B&B Hotel is a nice idea but unfortunately it is quite an amateurish operation as there is no staff around for any questions or needs you might have.

Location was perfect. Port, railway station , underground Naples all walkable. Lots of Cafes around. ( Naples is filled with ample of eating possibilities). At the reception one can find always some snacks ( biscuits, coffee, tea, water heater, ice maker) which takes care of small appetite!!

Unfortunately a plenty of them: 1. Breakfast: although out stay was booked with breakfast inclusive but its NOT a buffet. One get some vouchers and those can be claimed/handed over to the Cafe outside this building. Cafe dont bother about the vouchers and they will simply offer you whatever they have. 2. Noisy Water outlets/AC: when the other apartments in the vicinity uses bathroom, actually we can hear water outlet’s sound which was very unpleasant!! 3. Lift: apartment was on the 5floor and the lift suited only for 2 persons at time. Everytime you use lift, one must have the key to operate the lift otherwise you are stuck. So family with toddler/baby stroller.. complete NOGO!! 4. Checkout Time: As per the message from Booking.com, it was 12 pm but the facility timing is 10:30am. So pls keep this in mind.
