Spacious 2-Bed Apartment with Interior Terrace near Marquês de Pombal, Lisbon - TTL300

Bon emplacement, facile d'accès pour les transports en commun, calme. Belle décoration, design recherché. J'ai apprécié la télévision dans la chambre, le bon grand lit confortable et le dressing. Le wifi fonctionnait très bien. La cuisine est fonctionnelle . Je n'ai pas cuisiné, seulement réchauffé un plat tout fait avec le four micro onde.

Je n'ai pas apprécié certaine choses dans les deux salles de bain. Dans la première, la douche n'est pas étanche , l'eau coule en dehors et il faut faire très attention.. Dans la deuxième, le robinet a perdu son levier et se manie difficilement. L'eau chaude s'y fait attendre. Si leur décor est très beau, un crochet pour les vêtements et une barre pour les serviettes de toilette amélioreraient facilement leur confort. Ce sont de petites choses qui optimiseraient l'appartement. Le lit superposé de la petite chambre a un matelas très très dur.

Very well equipped and in a great location for the metro or 20 minutes walk downtown.

It is a nice two-bedroom apartment. However, it may be a better fit for a family with children than for two couples, as the second bedroom has a bunk bed and the apartment has only one full bathroom with a toilet and shower. The second toilet only has a sink. The apartment was clean and had all the necessary appliances. The central air conditioning worked really well. The location is a bit far from the city centre, but in my opinion, that is actually a positive because the area is very quiet and clean.

Great location, central, close to major sites, bus routes, shopping, restaurants…right downtown. Quiet building, no parties or noise.

Needed some tender, loving, care. Internet was not great…only worked half the times in certain rooms. Two sink handles had fallen off, stains on carpets, some damage to the suite(the floor), curtains looked like wrinkly rags hanging from the ceiling. The outside private courtyard was disgusting…it looked like it hadn’t been washed in years…all the walls were stained black from the outside dust or dirt that had pilled on after time. Outside furniture was all damaged. We did not want to spend any time out there….was wasted space. Our coffee maker wasn’t working, but to be fair they sent someone over to fix it right away. It turns out there were 2 pucks stuck inside from the previous guests.
