Nothing negative to say about the property

We had a wonderful stay at Mirabilis Apartments - LX Living. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants, mall and public transportation. One of the highlights was having access to the building's amenities, especially the swimming pools and the gym, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would happily stay here again.

The only minor inconvenience was the check-in inventory process. We were informed in advance that we would need to sign a lease agreement, which was completely understandable and not an issue. However, the inventory checklist was extremely detailed and required us to verify every item in the apartment before signing. It included everything from the number of forks and coffee spoons to the salt and pepper shakers, pots, pans, blankets, etc. We felt we needed to carefully check every item in case something was missing, as we didn't want to be held responsible later. The process took around 30 minutes and felt a bit excessive. This certainly wasn't a deal breaker, and we understand the purpose of the inventory in a furnished apartment. It just seemed that the level of detail made the check-in process longer than necessary.
