Superb

Parking costs 50 pesos per day. Be careful on a motorcycle if it is raining - cobblestone roads, hills and motorcycles don't mix well.

Great location!

Easy communication with the friendly staff. The room was very clean, comfortable and taken care of. In a quiet area and distance from the center.

The only thing missing would be a nice garden in the back. There’s a small green area but it could be turned into something more beautiful.

Once we found it easy check in, good location, right by the church close to restaurants and bars, room okay size, did get hot water, cool at night but bed is okay with good blankets, and extra in the closet, parking is on the street.

Hotel posada real is not in service anymore, it is hotel Paraiso Real that you stay at, so i got a message later about this but I didn't see it as we were travelling to the hotel and spent a good 30 to 40 mins walking around to find anyone at that location that knew anything, luckly a good samariten happened along and we found that it was the Paraiso real

No salió agua caliente, no había wifi y yo me hospede con una menor de 11 años y toda la noche se oían gemidos y como se oían las camas fue muy traumatico

El lugar es pésimo en limpieza la cama tenía cabellos en las sabanas y cobertores me cambiaron de habitación y lo mismo pedí hablar con el encargado no estaba su solución fue cambiarme a otra habitación la cual estaba igual era muy noche para irme el empleado me dió sabanas limpias y así descansamos en la mañana no estuvo el encargado solo me ofrecieron desayuno de cortesía porque no podían dar otra solución no contaban con gerente ni encargado pésimo no lo recomiendo para nada

No llegamos a ese hotel, no nos gustó la ubicación, ni las instalaciones,nos cambiaron a otro,de ellos mismos,Paraíso Real, ahí si nos gustó mucho , trato muy amable, estuve a punto de cancelar, solo que nos dieron esa opción, llegamos a un buen acuerdo y nos quedamos

La ubicación,el lugar , no era lo que esperaba ni siquiera quisimos ver los cuartos, se nos hizo feo no era como lo vimos en fotos

Pueblo Magico aceptable

Fuimos atendidos por la Srita Magaly con cordialidad y nos permitió utilizar las instalaciones antes de la hora programada porque nuestra habitación estaba lista, para.poder refrescarnos y hacer más placentera nuestra estancia. Siempre estuvo atenta a nuestras necesidades: orientación de que visitar, como llegar. Cobertores extras. Hotel cerca del centro..

Todo está excelente, las instalaciones muy bonitas y las habitaciones están amplias, el estacionamiento también está grande y me encantó que me quedo a 3 minutos del centro caminando Dónde encontré restaurante, parques, degustación,bares etc No se diga el personal, muy amable me compartieron información sobre lugares padres para visitar

El hotel esta prácticamente en el centro sin estar en calles cerradas a la circulación los fines de semana. Excelente ubicación, excelente para descansar habitación confortable sin pasar frío muy importante

Buen hotel

Las habitaciones son muy limpias y tienen buena ventilación. La cama y las almohadas son muy cómodas para tener un buen descanso. El personal fue muy amable al recibirnos más tarde de lo esperado para el check in, lo muchos hoteles se negaron. Tienen un estacionamiento amplio, pero un poco complicado para entrar, por lo que hay instrucciones afuera del hotel para saber como maniobrar. Nosotros llevábamos una camioneta grande y si logró entrar.

Excelente ubicación y con estacionamiento techado, cómodo, limpio, como casi siempre hace frío también cuenta con cobijas extra (limpias sin polvo) Wi-Fi en todos los pisos
