Overall, this is a spotless property in very good condition, located within easy walking distance of the main street, Via Etnea. Conveniently, there is a bus stop right in front of the entrance. The outdoor courtyard/patio is fantastic, a great spot to sit back and unwind. Special mention must be made of the host, Tatiana, who was exceptionally polite, kind, and always eager to help with everything we needed, making our stay truly pleasant.

There were no issues or negatives that affected our stay at the property. The high heat in the area at this time of year naturally made walking around and sightseeing a bit challenging, but fortunately, the air conditioning at the accommodation worked flawlessly and kept us completely comfortable.

It was a cost effective accommodation. Just for a shower and sleep. The road is busy during the day and quiet at night so won't be a noise problem if the window is closed and AC is on. The owner was responsible all the time via Booking. Also allowed me to check-in without a face to face encounter as it was a late check-in and I was always out early during the morning and came back late at night. The location was ok. Not that close to the historical centre or bus hub but works well. Area looks safe during the night or early morning.

In case of issues the reception is working on limited hours from 8am-6pm. But not a big issue when the owner is available via WhatsApp or Booking. The outside door works with the intercom. If the owner is available there is not an issue. The accomodation is ok but building inside looks dark and falling apart.

Good location for visiting Catania on foot and a 20 - 40 minutes trip to the airport by taxi. Room was perfect for a family and beds were comfortable. We were able to leave the luggage at the b&b until late in the afternoon on the last day. Great communication with the host.

The location was good.

We have booked a quadruple room, but when we arrived, we got a room with a double bed and a bed for a child.
