It was a cost effective accommodation. Just for a shower and sleep.
The road is busy during the day and quiet at night so won't be a noise problem if the window is closed and AC is on.
The owner was responsible all the time via Booking. Also allowed me to check-in without a face to face encounter as it was a late check-in and I was always out early during the morning and came back late at night.
The location was ok. Not that close to the historical centre or bus hub but works well.
Area looks safe during the night or early morning.
In case of issues the reception is working on limited hours from 8am-6pm. But not a big issue when the owner is available via WhatsApp or Booking.
The outside door works with the intercom. If the owner is available there is not an issue.
The accomodation is ok but building inside looks dark and falling apart.

Good location for visiting Catania on foot and a 20 - 40 minutes trip to the airport by taxi. Room was perfect for a family and beds were comfortable. We were able to leave the luggage at the b&b until late in the afternoon on the last day. Great communication with the host.

Spacious room with shower and toilet, tv and a chair. Good neighbourhood, walking at night felt safe around here. communication and check in and checking out was easy. also the lady who prepared the breakfast was very kind and helpful.
could hear the noise of street in the morning, But that is all the same in all over Sicily not specific to this place.

The location was good.
We have booked a quadruple room, but when we arrived, we got a room with a double bed and a bed for a child.
