A Cosy Gem

What a gem! A lovely, quiet oasis of calm. Clean, cosy and comfortable. Just what we needed after travelling 250 miles+ in a 1963 Morris Minor! The garden is beautiful and Breakfast is excellent...see photo. Recommended!

It was superb

Our hostess was particularly nice. It was very cosy and attractive, with a gorgeous garden. We had a large living room area on the ground floor as well as our bedroom. We were given a huge and delicious breakfast. It was incredible value and very highly recommended indeed.

Very large living area with toilet and shower downstairs lovely bedroom upstairs.Loads of room.When I arrived Grazyna bought me a cold beer which was very welcome.The breakfast was huge and I failed to eat it all !!

A restful stop while crossing France.

I love the charming semi-rural location, easy to find with your own entrance to a separate part of the host's own home, accessed via her beautiful and lovingly tended back garden. Everything is very clean and neat. The host helped me find a superb family run restaurant in the centre of town.

Lovely quiet and spacious accommodation with a very friendly host.

The breakfast was generous and served in our own private dining room. Our host was very friendly and tolerated our shoddy French with a smile! The bathroom was scrupulously clean and very well appointed. The location was within walking distance of the chateaux in a very quiet neighbourhood. We would definitely stay here again!

A homely welcoming stay with a lovely garden.

On an extremely hot day the host had done everything possible to keep the room and us cool, she even remade the the bed in a cooler part of the accommodation. We very much appreciated being able to eat our evening meal in the shady garden.The breakfast was very generous and beautifully presented. Thank you for making us so welcome.

Pleasant surprise. I was traveling alone but would visit again when traveling with family.

All was well and in general the experience exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was light but just right.

Communication was not easy at first because the host didn’t really speak english and I do not speak french. We managed alright with the help of translating apps ;)

Chambre d'hôtes très calme

Troisième passage dans cette chambre d'hôte située dans une zone pavillonnaire sur les hauts de Nogent le Rotrou. Cette année nous y avons séjourné 2 nuits. Même satisfaction que les deux années précédentes. La propriétaire est toujours très sympathique, accueillante et discrète, la chambre hyper calme, la literie très confortable. Les petits-déjeuners sont bons et très copieux. Aucune difficulté pour se garer dans la rue juste devant la maison. L’équivalent d’un plateau de courtoisie est à disposition et le micro-onde est bien pratique. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine sans hésitation. Juste à signaler : le parcours entre le portail d'entrée et l'accès à la chambre d'hôte qui est à l'arrière de la maison n'ai pas plat, d’autre part, la chambre est à l’étage et l'escalier y menant est un peu raide ce qui peut occasionner des difficultés pour les personnes ayant du mal à se déplacer.

Séjour en Janvier. Nous avons juste trouvé que la pièce principale et la SdB étaient un peu « fraiche », mais rien de bien méchant.

Très bon accueil de l'hôte. Endroit très calme proche du centre-ville (15 minutes à pied). Logement spacueux, très bien équipé et très propre. Le petit déjeuner était très bien.

Séjour réussi. La propriétaire est très accueiillante et très gentille. Tout est fait pour nous sentir à l'aise dans un endroit très spacieux. Café, thé, petites douceurs sont à disposition ainsi qu'un micro onde. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux. Encore merci. Nous recommandons vivement cette chambre d'hôtes.

Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de générosité, et avons passé un excellent séjour. le petit déjeuner était parfait, copieux et offrant une grande diversité de bons produits, nos vélos ont été mis à l'abri dans un garage sécurisé et nous disposions d'un espace spatieux tant en intérieur qu'en extérieur. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse.

L'accueil de propriétaire fantastique. A l'arrivée nous avions eu une boisson rafraîchissante. Des très bons conseils pour la soirée. Le matin nous avions eu un petit déjeuner fabuleux. Croissant, pain frais, sucré et salé, oeuf de la ferme.. Nous nous sentions comme chez notre mamie. Grand MERCI pour la gentillesse et cet accueil chaleureux !
