Quiet and clean. Bed is big and comfortable

Internet didn’t work, I had to be using my own mobile data. Hotel charged 3% extra for paying with credit card however they only informed us after making the booking and not before making the booking. They shouldn’t let you know once the booking is already made

I had the best stay, the owners are absolutely incredible and took their time to teach me how to ride a scooter, the room was perfect (a little hot at night but that’s just the weather) the bathroom was perfect. I couldn’t recommend staying here enough. it’s a 8 minute walk from 7 eleven and a little further from beaches and restaurants but if you have a scooter everything is super accessible

I was in one of the bamboo cottages. I guess other guests did not realize how much sound can travel through the walls! The location was not so good for me as I was not driving, a little bit of a walk to get to the beach - I guess that is what they mean by being a good place for hikers!

The family make this place. You have all convenience at your fingertips and the location is best.

The family make this property the best! They will book tours, ferry, minibus to airport. The host gives her guests a deal! If you book through her minibus is 400 bhat versus 500 if you book on your own. There’s cheap simple breakfast and coffee, water bottles for sale, laundry service for a fee, air conditioning, comfortable bed etc. Good value for price. They also secured scooter rental for you. They are true hosts and local Thai family. Location is perfect. To the south the best beaches on the island. To the north there’s a bit more hustle and bustle. It’s quiet at night and the view is gorgeous. We had the king suite with a view of the jungle and a small portion of the ocean. Sunset view as well.

There was a small lizard in our room but you can’t help this at all.

Awesome place. I forgot my passport and the manager, Ink, arranged for me to pick it up the next day at the bus terminal. Sing is an excellent cook. No roosters in the neighborhood!!! And far enough off the road not to hear any traffic noise, great shower and water pressure

Great accomodation and staff - would definitely recommend

Very welcoming and helpful staff. The cottage unit was very functional and comfy. Great AC and working mini fridge.

The only down side is that it is a bit of a walk to restaurants etc, but with a bike it's not a problem and nights are quiet and peaceful.

Dissapointing, even with the low cost.

Location not too bad if you're on a bike. Up a short but steep hill but that was expected give the name.

Room wasn't clean enough. TV was not working, we were too tired to request help with it. Bathroom super dated and had ants and two small slugs (assuming that they came out of the drain). Bed sheet was gross to be honest. Looked old and worn. It was only £17 but I've paid £22 on Lanta for quality stays.

Everything was perfect. The host was very nice and helpful. We took the opportunity to use the laundry and the scooter rental, everything was simple and good. The breakfasts was good also !

Very good

Lovely staff who have just reopened again after covid so they're in the middle of doing some renovation work. The beds are comfortable and the rooms and bathrooms really clean. You can get breakfast at the guesthouse and when things are fully up and running you can play pool and have a beer there. Incredible value for money.

It's quite out of the way so would recommend renting a scooter or bike if you're going to stay here.

Everything, the cottage was so cute and clean! Bed was comfortable, shower all worked ok. Breakfast in the morning was great. The staff were super helpful and their cats are so sweet!

Amazing host

The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He got a scooter for us, booked a tour for us and sorted out our onward journey tickets. The air conditioning in the room was very good. The location is excellent, close to restaurants and shops. You can play pool in the reception area.

A peaceful place for a very good value for money 😉

This place is a very good value for money, perfect for long or short stays. Very special mention to the owner who’s very present for the guests, we rent the scooter and our way back to Krabi thanks to him. He also teached us few words of thai, he is so kind and helpful 🥰 The hotel is very well located, close to restaurants, bars and shops, close from beaches, but also from the road that takes you to the west coast. I recommend it 100% !!!

Very nice place. We had deluxe bungalow which was actually good because of the view - it is on the top of this resort and separated from the front by cheaper bungalows which makes it quite private and quiet. Owner is realy nice and helpful. What I really appreciate she gets you services for good prices unlike other resorts.

It looks a bit better on photos. Water flowing all the time in toilet.

Saubere kleine Hütte mit toller Terrasse. Gutes Restaurant mit guter thailändischer Küche zu guten Preisen gehört zur Anlage. Super Service. Man kann über die Unterkunft alles zu fairen Preisen bekommen: Roller, Ausflüge, Frühstück, Essen, Taxi, TukTuk, Tranfer usw.

Lage nicht ganz so zentral aber Strand, Geschäfte andere Restaurants sind noch fußläufig (10 min) zu erreichen.

Mala ubicación, precio muy caro para lo que es

La atención de la chica de recepción.

La aislación de las habitaciones es muy mala, se escucha todo, sobre todo si te toca una habitación arriba de la tuya, me desperté por los pasos de niños. La ubicación es lejos de todo y si no sabes andar en moto, los taxis y tuktuks cobran carísimos, por cada vez que tomé uno me costaba mínimo 100 bat (aprox. 3 euros), lo que en viajes de 5 minutos es muy frustrante. El precio de este lugar es muy caro para lo que ofrecen, me miraron feo por pedir más papel higiénico y botellitas de agua, ya que en 3 días sólo me dieron 1 vez.

Cottage Hill – Feedback (3 Nächte, Mitte Jan 2026, Deluxe Doppelzimmer Meerblick) Kurzfazit  Zweckmäßige Unterkunft für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp von wenigen Nächten. Erfüllt grundlegende Anforderungen, bietet jedoch keine Aufenthaltsqualität für längere Aufenthalte. Geeignet für Durchreisende mit 2–3 Nächten Aufenthalt. Nicht geeignet für Reisende oder Familien, die eine Woche oder länger an einem Ort verbringen möchten. Lage  Ruhig oberhalb der Hauptstraße an einem Hang gelegen, nachts angenehm kühl durch Wind. Tagsüber halten Taxis und Busse direkt vor dem Restaurant (Gästebereich), was zeitweise zu Abgasbelastung führt. Strand in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Rückweg steil bergauf. Unterkunft & Zustand  Bungalow eher klein, Anlage insgesamt sichtbar in die Jahre gekommen, aber funktional. Sauberkeit in Ordnung. Ein Sanitärproblem wurde zeitnah behoben. Bett & Schlafqualität  Matratzen in Ordnung, Kissen eher hart. Bettwäsche aus synthetischem Material, was den Schlafkomfort reduziert. Klimaanlage und Ventilator funktionierten zuverlässig; Schlafen ohne Klimaanlage möglich. Moskitoschutz an den Fenstern vorhanden. Aufenthaltsqualität & Tagesbereiche  Terrasse am Bungalow mit Tisch und Stühlen vorhanden. Öffentliche Bereiche bieten wenig Komfort: harte, teils abgenutzte Sitzmöbel und instabile Tische. Der Ort lädt tagsüber kaum zum Verweilen oder Lesen ein. Service  Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Managerin ist präsent, bemüht und geht aktiv auf Gästewünsche ein. Hinweis an das Management (konstruktiv)  Mit bequemeren Sitzmöbeln und stabilen Tischen im öffentlichen Bereich ließe sich die Aufenthaltsqualität deutlich verbessern. Zudem wäre es hilfreich, wartende Busse und Taxis zum Abstellen der Motoren zu bewegen, um die Abgasbelastung für Gäste zu reduzieren.

Bilder vs. Realität  Abgebildet ist überwiegend die beste Zimmerkategorie (Mobile-Version). In der Realität wirkt die Anlage dicht bebaut, gefühlt mit wenig Grünflächen und hohem Betonanteil. Die Bezeichnung „Meerblick“ ist nur eingeschränkt zutreffend und sollte "realitätsnah" eingeordnet werden. Essen Frühstück bzw. Frühstückskaffee genutzt. Kapselkaffee zu THB 60 im Verhältnis zum Angebot deutlich teuer. Preis-Leistung In der Hochsaison (Ende Januar) aufgrund hoher Nachfrage teuer. Für Lage und Standard insgesamt nicht angemessen.

Nous sommes extrêmement déçus.

La localisation est intéressante et il est possible de louer un scooter directement avec les propriétaires.

Nous avions réservé une chambre à 35 euros la nuit et il y avait ni plus ni moins qu’un matelas posé sur du carrelage faisant office de sommier. Même pas une chaise, ni un porte manteau, ni même une couverture…. La climatisation comme tout le reste est en supplément (300 baths par jour). Il fait très chaud dans la pièce et la salle de bain n’est pas pratique. Nous avons dû payer en plus pour avoir une chambre qu’ils qualifient de « haut de gamme » avec seulement des meubles en plus. Heureusement, qu’il y avait la vue mer pour le prix qu’on a finalement payé. En comparaison avec les autres logements, les bouteilles d’eau sont également payantes. Les chambres ne sont pas faites d’un jour sur l’autre donc si plus de PQ, c’est votre problème. Les repas ne sont pas exceptionnels et sont chers pour la qualité.

L’accueil et la gentillesse exceptionnel de toute l’équipe. Le restaurant sur place proposait d’excellents plats d’un très bon rapport qualité prix.

La salle de bain est très petite et pour bénéficier de la climatisation il faut payer un supplément de 300 bahts par nuits.

Pas mal

Bon emplacement et personnel au top. Pas mal de services proposés comme la location de scooter, prise en charge pour excursion sur toutes les îles alentours, blanchisserie...

Logement spartiate, sombre et peu équipé. Il manque quelques petites choses comme du savon, un support tel qu'une table ou chaise à l'intérieur a minima. Globalement c'est bien.
