B&B Bentivogli by Lesdomus - fronte Ospedale Sant'Orsola

A very nice and comfy room with air conditioning. About 20 min walk to the city center or you can take the bus. Lots of public transport stops around and a supermarket. The room has everything necessary: aircon, hair dryer, fridge (in public area at the reception).

Location for us was good as we didnt eant to stay in the city center, private on site parking, size of the room, supermarket near by.

Unconfortable bad, to many keys and confusing instructions how to use them, no coffee or tea (coffee aparat or even keter) in the room.

Very clean apartment within a walking distance to the center. There is a bus stop nearby that takes you to the train station. There was construction work nearby, but the sound isolation is good to the outside. Not so good on the inside, but the other guests were quiet. There are shutters on the windows to darken the room The staff went out of their way to assist us.

There are no mosquito nets, so you have to be careful when leaving the windows open.

The location was decent. The room was clean, with decently fresh furniture and aesthetics.

The coffee situation was dire, there was no kettle or coffee maker in the room. The only coffee machine was down a cramped hallway, in a makeshift former living room that doubled as the reception and entryway to several guest rooms. Coffee pods cost €1 each, and the machine would swallow the money without dispensing any pods. There were also no water bottles or dispensers, so drinking water had to be taken from the bathroom tap. There was a large gap between the headboard and the mattress, which meant the pillows kept falling into it during the night. The bed was generally uncomfortable, with poor-quality pillows. We also hit ourselves quite hard several times on the hard edges of the bed because of the cramped space. Overall, it gave more of a hostel vibe than three-star accommodation. The hairdryer was also of very poor quality, it became excessively hot and burned the hair rather than drying it properly because it had no airflow.
