Excellent stay

The apartment is as suscribed very big and clean and is perfectly located (short walk to the beach). The host is very friendly and helpful. There is a washing machine and an air condition available.

The bed wasn‘t that comfortable because there were two single matresses in the double bed and they sometimes slipped away from each other, but that’s the only thing.

This flat on the 2nd floor of an old house has been imaginatively renovated while retaining many charming historic features. The kitchen area and the bathroom are beautifully new, and we appreciated the efficient air-conditioning. The location is excellent for sea front, beaches and stunning mountain views. The owner gave us useful tips on the nearest supermarket so we could arrive well prepared. There are lots of restaurants close by. And the railway station is only a 15-minute walk, so Lucca and Pisa are an easy day-trip away.

The kitchen equipment felt a little as if it had come from a jumble sale.

Die Lage war top.

Die Inhalte der anderen Rezensionen kann ich nur unterschreiben - dürftige Ausstattung der Küche, Spülung der Toilette nicht stark und Papier schwimmt ständig oben, permanenter Toilettengeruch, Holzwürmer in der Kommode (S.Bild), tw. kein Warmwasser, Balkon nicht nutzbar (s.Bild). Die Vermieterin fragte mich via WhatsApp um 10:25Uhr wann wir anreisen würden - ich antwortete ihr sofort: "ca.16Uhr". Wir brauchten allerdings länger. Wir waren kurz vor 17 Uhr da, als ich sah, dass meine Nachricht erst 16:28Uhr gelesen wurde und bekam die Nachricht, dass die Frauen für die Reinigung verspätet waren und wir noch eine Stunde warten mussten. Aufgrund der langen Anreise aus Halle (10h) und der hohen Temperaturen von 32Grad war das Warten dann wirklich ärgerlich - die wurde am Telefon nur belächelt. Man bedenke, dass die Check-In-Zeit eigentlich 14 Uhr war. Wir stellten unsere Koffer ab und die Kurtaxe wurde beharrlich eingetrieben. Auf die Frage hin am Abreisetag dann dafür später auszuchecken wurde uns lediglich eine Stunde eingeräumt. Für 2 Nächte ohne Selbstversorgung war das Zimmer ok - sehr hellhörig. Allerdings nahm ich aufgrund der Beschreibung auf Booking (s. Screenshot) an, dass es sich um 2 separate Zimmer handele, was aber nicht der Fall war, sodass einer das Schlafzimmer hatte und einer quasi in der Küche schlief (s.Bild). Auch das sprach ich bei der Vermieterin an: Erst argumentierte sie, dass es wohl auf Booking nicht anders zu beschreiben ginge, später solle ich es falsch verstanden haben. Alles in allem viel zu viel Geld für das, was man erhält - 2 Nächte, 2 Personen 379€ für siehe Bilder.

Zeer smerig,De nagels van de vorige huurder lagen nog op de grond. Alles was gewoon vies de oven kon je niet doorheen kijken zo smerig. Van die vieze zwarte riool vliegjes. We hebben het aangegeven aan de verhuurdste en die vloog uit haar vel. Ze zegt als je het niet aan staat dan vertrek maar😡. Toen heeft ze gevraagd of er iemand kan komen kijken want zij kon de appartement verhuren voor een jaar. We hebben gezegd dat wij daar niet mee eens waren,nou ik ben de verhuurder en dat gaat gebeuren. En geen stofzuiger te zien. Boodschappen van de vorige bewoner stonden daar ook allemaal nog bah. Nou kan wel even doorgaan.En dan zo je vakantie hebben pffff. Jammer van mijn energie. Al met al zeeeerrrr slecht en jammer.
