Located on the mezzanine floor (four steps from the ground floor) of a prestigious and historic "Liberty" style building, in the past already used as a hotel, it has a total area of about 60 square meters that develop with a graceful living room equipped with a practical and comfortable double sofa bed and a spacious marine style wall wardrobe. In the dining room, we find a large kitchenette with equipped kitchen, fan oven, fridge with freezer, stove, utensils and equipment, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and an extendable table with chairs. The area has a window with a mosquito net.
From the living room, through a hallway also equipped with a practical built-in closet, you enter the sleeping area where there is a lovely and well-kept double bedroom with a double bed as well as a large wardrobe with two doors. In the room there are two large windows also equipped with mosquito nets.
The bathroom is equipped with all facilities, including the tub / shower.
The house has autonomous air conditioning with splitter in every room by means of a heat pump (cold and hot air), independent heating and continuous hot water.
It is also equipped with a 32 "LED technology, a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, a hairdryer, a baby bed, blankets, duvets and comforters.
On request it is also possible to provide a personal linen service (sheets and towels) and programmed cleaning, depending on the guest's needs.
The property is also equipped with a practical storage room where you can park up to two bicycles.
It should be noted that the windows of the building overlook the back of the building in a private space. This makes the structure free of noises coming from the part opposite the seafront.
Pretty and cared for in detail, the Holiday House "BURLAMACCA" can comfortably accommodate up to four people.

Excellent apartment, quiet, nice location. We were here in November, the city is quite quiet, we enjoyed walks along the promenade. There is free parking some distance away, but we kept our car at the adjacent park, 10 euros a day. Most restaurants open this time of year, Short walking distance. We took some lovely day trips to Lucca, Barga and Colannata. Thanks Fabrizio!

My mother staid here for 11 days with her partner (both 70+) and had a wonderful time. Great apartment with everything you need. Located perfectly near the beach, harbor and promenade. The apartment is well equipped and the owner, Fabrizio, is very helpful and kind! I arranged the booking for my mother and I found the communication very pleasant. My mother felt really welcome and at ease after his pleasant reception.
Don't let the pictures fool you! It looks as if the apartment is bright yellow, quiet intimidating, but in fact it is soft yellow, really comforting!
If you want a relaxing holiday in a great location than this is your best option!!

Very friendly, welcoming service from the owner. The apartment is very comfortable and contains all you need. In early April although it was warm through the day we were glad of the central heating at night. The location was perfect for walking along the pier which attracted a large number of locals in the evenings, especially at the weekend, great for people watching. The marina contains some very impressive leisure yachts many of them made in the nearby boatyards. The bus terminus with services to Pisa and Lucca is under a minutes walk as is the 4km long beach. It was a good base to explore the local area including Lucca with it's market and the villages of Cinque Terre.
