The only slight downside is that the rooms are at the very top of the house meaning 4 flights of stairs. Not an issue for us but something to bear in mind if climbing stairs is an issue.

Beautiful property, very comfortable and clean. Friendly, kind and helpful host. Delicious breakfast provided each morning and lovely heated pool. Grounds are incredible with gated secure access. Very accommodating for our toddler as well and the owner even gave her a calendar to paint when we got home.

Wonderful Hosts- very caring and we found it a beautiful place to stay.

There are stairs but the Host assisted with our luggage. Once in our room it was perfect in all respects and we had a nice stay.

Memorable stay in a convenient location for the port.

The setting is superb, location within striking distance of port, good. Restaurant good and not too pricey. Staff very helpful.

Location of rooms up a flight of external steps could be a problem for some.

Owners are great, breakfast awesome, all very clean. Very eco too - no microwave gave us a bit of a headache for the kid, but we survived.

We loved EVERYTHING. It is such a special, beautiful and interesting house that they have created. The hosts were amazing and made us feel like part of the family, they went to so much effort to make the stay memorable. The pool and private sauna were a lovely added luxury. (Also bambo the dog is a dream) 😍

We loved everything, the ONLY thing I would suggest is asking for a fan if you are there in summer as the top floor can naturally get quite warm in the night.

Lovely accomodations, warm hospitality

Everything there was beautiful another world for us. The house, owners were elegant, very warm welcome, room was very comfortable atmosphere, breakfast was healthy handmade bread, egg from the garden. This place made me feel relaxing, smiling, feeling appreciate to the nature,also feeling like back to my hometown.

Lovely mansion

The mansion is ran by a lovely couple who are very hospitable people. The mansion is cozy, lovely decorated with tasteful art and dim lightning setup. Comfortable beds, with clean bathrooms and linings. Top that with a French breakfast with bio products, from the house farm.

Hostess was magnificent! Friendly, caring,an artist in the kitchen (she prepared exquisite breakfast with bio ingredients she made herself, like bread, marmelade or several fruits and delicious fruitjuices.)She is always ready to discuss her bio philosophy with you. The rooms were delicatly furbished, with a sharp eye for detail ( think of Laura Ashley -like style). Near the rooms is a side kitchen, where you can have your tea or water or coffee for instance in the evening. For free. Wine is also available, but for a small sum of money. The beds were gorgeous. O yes, you can use a lovely swimming pool in the midst of a wonderful garden.

We would have enjoyed a bathtub, but the rainshower was okay. That is all we can think of.

Un séjour d’exception chez B&B La Roseraie, alliant charme, confort et accueil chaleureux.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux à B&B La Roseraie. Marc et Karine sont des hôtes exceptionnels, d’une grande gentillesse et toujours attentifs au moindre détail. Ils nous ont accueillis chaleureusement dans leur magnifique maison, entourée d’un très beau jardin. La propriété est idéalement située, dans un environnement calme et paisible, avec un parking privé sur place, ce qui est très appréciable. Les chambres se trouvent à l’étage et sont décorées avec énormément de goût. Elles sont spacieuses et très confortables : l’une dispose d’une superbe douche à l’italienne, l’autre d’une baignoire. Nous avions également accès à un petit salon privé avec une kitchenette entièrement équipée et même un sauna infrarouge — un vrai luxe ! La literie est d’excellente qualité, ce qui nous a garanti des nuits reposantes. Le petit-déjeuner était tout simplement exceptionnel, composé exclusivement de produits locaux et biologiques. Karine avait préparé elle-même trois sortes de pain, délicieux et tout juste sortis du four. Nous avons aussi savouré un œuf à la coque, du jus de pomme frais, et bien d’autres gourmandises. Le feu ouvert crépitait dans la salle du petit-déjeuner, créant une atmosphère chaleureuse et conviviale. Ce fut une très belle découverte et nous reviendrons certainement en été pour profiter de la piscine et admirer le jardin en pleine floraison. Une adresse à recommander sans hésitation !

Un accueil chaleureux dans une magnifique maison d’hôtes à l’image de ses propriétaires.

Nous avons séjourné dans ce logement car nous avions une réunion de famille pas loin. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis. Nous avons vraiment ressenti que les propriétaires mettaient un point d’honneur à ce que les clients ses sentent bien pendant leur séjour. Tout était parfait.

Les hôtes étaient à l'image du lieu ... exceptionnels ! La propriétaire nous a régalés tant par le petit déjeuner fait maison que par ses pièces artistiques allant de la vaisselle en céramique sur laquelle nous avons mangé et les différents tableaux qui décorent la demeure.
