Mattress was very comfortable. Many rooms in block but no noise at all. I had a great sleep. It had some basic amenities. Close to bus stop and lots of shops all within 2-5min walk. Deposit money was released same day after check out.

Not newly refurbished and furniture was cheap looking but for £32 p/night it's understandable. No microwave. No hand soap or dish soap.

I loved that it had a kitchenette with a fridge, and it's own bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the area was nice.

It could have been a bit cleaner. The doors had been repaired badly with poly filler that hadn't even been sanded down. There were some black spots on the window and sill.

The location is excellent, right in the centre.of Dudley. The parking was good..We used the recommend parking at only £5 for 24 hours. The bedding and towels were clean. On first sight the room looked nice..Having a fridge is great. Also in the room was a toaster and kettle The price was extremely reasonable.

The blinds on one of the windows was broken, two slats missing and no cord. So early in the morning light came in to the room There was a bit of a smell coming from the ensuite and we didn't like the state of the shower area.We didn't use the shower. The shared kitchen was lacking in pots and pans,.utensils etc. It could have done with a good clean. It isn't the easiest property to get into. Lots of codes for doors However we could understand this as it is for security
