Convenient, clean and friendly hotel

Alejandra, the manager of the hotel, was extremely helpful and kind. We traveled with our two-months baby and made our stay wonderful. Great quiet room with amenities and good lighting.

What a room for the night should be

Great mid-grade place to stay, not ghetto, not posh, just real nice. The attendant (manager? owner?) was kind and accommodated my late arrival and early departure. I have a bad back so the bed and memory foam pillows were a treat. Hot shower, clean everything, just a good place to stay. It's a bit outside the QRO airport zone so you don't have the prices of those airport hotels, but it's still a quick easy drive to the airport from here. The value is extraordinary.

It was pretty empty when I was there but I imagine the central/communal courtyard area could get noisy in high season. But that wasn't my problem so it's just a guess.

My family and I were immediately impressed with the cleanliness and kind staff. We were close to little stores that carried essentials as well as a bus stop(camión) on the corner right in front of the hotel, stops every 30 minutes or less. The bus gets you to and from the city center for 10 pesos a person. Our room had a kitchen which we used to make breakfast. The food at the restaurant was very good as well! Overall best stay we will definitely be coming back!

Muy tranquilo, silencioso y seguro. La ubicación nos pareció excelente, se puede llegar caminando al centro o al mercado.

Si tiene estacionamiento, pero no lo supimos hasta llegar al hotel. La habitación no cuenta con aire acondicionado aunque no fue requerido.

El Trato de Ale fué muy bueno y gentil, las camas muy cómodas

Queda un poco retirado del centro, Hace falta una iluminación para poder maquillarse el espejo estaba muy opaco no me podía ver, Me hubiera gustado meterme a la alberca pero el agua estaba muy fría, fuera de todo eso estuvo muy bonito el hotel .

El costo del hotel no vale con lo que es las instalaciones del mismo, era un cuarto de 2x2 , la puerta del baño se atoraba y no cerraba, la regadera horrible, tenías que andar cachando el agua , muebles viejos, la sábanas y colchas viejas, toallas muy desgastadas. La verdad creo que el costo es caro comparado vs contra otros hoteles Si el costo es porque tiene alberca creo que no es válido, en resumen no funde mi agrado precio con lo que ofrecen

Una muy buena experiencia

Buena ubicación, a pocos minutos del centro en auto. Es un hotel para 1 o 2 días máximo. El precio no incluye el desayuno, pero es más bonito ir a desayunar al centro. Yo considero que es muy bueno para lo que es: ir a descansar. Si buscas un hotel en donde tengas todas las comodidades de un 5 estrellas, este no es para ti. Muy limpio, camas limpias, atentos.

La taza del baño estaba un poco despegada, y me espanté al sentarme jaja, y un foco estaba fundido, pero enseguida que le comentamos al personal, lo arregló.

Solo la ubicación, está un poco lejos del centro, pero si uno va con carro es fácil llegar.

Las instalaciones están muy bonitas.

No es un hotel familiar, había muchos jóvenes bebiendo en exceso con música en volumen súper alto a altas horas sin control. No tiene aire acondicionado por lo que es imposible dormir con tanto calor. Los colchones están muy desgastados y tienen agujeros, no lo recomiendo para nada.

La limpieza y el personal en general

Es un hotel muy básico y no tan económico, realmente esta lejos del centro de Tequisquiapan para ir caminando, la alberca estaba helada y no hubo manera de usarla, el estacionamiento del hotel es muy pequeño y ya no alcanzamos lugar, tuvieron que llevarse mi auto a otro lugar, las camas no son tan cómodas y para subir a las habitaciones de arriba se usan unas escaleras de metal que hacen mucho ruido y es imposible descansar cuando suben y bajan las personas sobre todo después de las 10 pm y lamentablemente nos toco soportar el ruido a nosotros, esperaba mas de este hotel
