Lovely double aspect room, great location very central. Didn’t need to use the car. Great choice of local food options for breakfast. Peter was a nice host with plenty of local information.

Our hosts were lovely and very welcoming. We had a very comfortable stay and would love to go back for another visit in due course. The property is located in a vey quiet street and it is only a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops and parking so could not have been better for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are more than happy to recommend.
Nothing except perhaps a fan or a small portable air conditioner for the bedroom but none of us could have envisaged such incredibly hot weather!

Great location (5 min walk from rail stn) Host was very welcoming, polite and professional. Room was fabulous size and very well furnished. Breakfast food fabulous

Proximity to seafront and shops, able to park outside for free until 9.30am.
The English cooked breakfast was sometimes over cooked. There was no communal sitting room which would have been nice.
