A beautiful and extremely well appointed room in a very handy location for the harbour and restaurants in Symi. Breakfast was excellent and really appreciated the pickup and drop off service to the ferry.

I thought the breakfast was absolutely terrible it certainly was not of the quality that I would expect in a boutique hotel
how about fresh juice for starters, or someone to offer a coffee by the pool area, and offer a coffee facility as there is a coffee machine and people employed to use it! The downstairs breakfast area was extremely hot and unpleasant and for an elderly person to manage all the food using a tray to bring up the stairs was unacceptable. By the time we had breakfast at around 9 all the fresh fruit was gone as well as the fresh bread. If you are a vegetarian avoid having breakfast here. I have never had such an awlful breakfast in Greece the greek yogurt was not even real yogurt yuk!!
When we arrived my first impression when we sat in the reception was nice, however the gentleman that works there actually never offered me his seat which i thought was odd. I was accompanied by my mother was it 88 years of age I was clearly having to carry two bags to the hotel room as I followed the receptionist, who clearly was not up for offering a hand to help wheel the second bag. I have had more courtesy at much cheaper hotels, cleary £250 euros a night does not mean you will receive a helping hand. I did not expect to have a room that was next to the road with a view of a wall and noisy cars going by, you could not open the window easily for fresh air, It was also useless to have a room at the end with 2 chairs squeezed into a corner. I don't think a room like this should be offered a a lower price
I have staying in Symi for over 15 years at various hotels and would not consider returning here
