la posizione tranquilla un po' defilata dal centro della cittadina, silenziosa. casa grande, comoda anche se non del tutto completamente arredata. cucina completa, lavatrice.
la lontananza dal traghetto. al piano terra proprio sulla strada, non potevamo utilizzare lo stendino per la biancheria. davanti a casa c'è un rimessaggio barche molto disordinato.
