It is extremely clean and modern but is decorated in an interesting way. We were only there for one night but could have stayed longer. Lots of space and everything available as promised including washing machine . Just buy the boat yard so very characterful. Two good restaurants virtually on the doorstep!
The only thing it lacked for us was private outside space.
