Lindiakos Villa AMI

The villa was simply stunning in every way. It's location overlooking Symi's main harbour was more than perfect and the fact that it was just a few steps up from the main drag made it particularly appealing to us, the slightly older generation. Best of all was the host's constant availability via mobile phone to deal with anything we weren't sure about. She was the epitomy of helpfulness and professionality. Even its location above a popular cafe, despite there being music until 2am each night we found to be somewhat entertaining as you can look down at the customers from the balcony and 'people watch' and we can sleep through most things.

The tiniest suggestion for improvement was the lack of what one might presume as 'given', namely ice cube trays, bottle opener/cork screw and beach towels (promised before we go there, so we had to buy some at a local shop - not a great issue) and instruction manuals for the various applicances. We managed to work out most things by Googling and using Translate. Selecting hot water as obscure as it was a small swith in the circuit board. ALL THAT SAID, our host was always on beck and call to find a solution (our favourite one being to go down to the cafe that they also manage and ask for ice for free!).

Location was great. Easy access to attractions.

Prefer hot showers but cold OK in warm weather.

Παραδοσιακό Συμιακό κατάλυμα, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και ανακαινισμένο. Πολύ κοντά στο λιμάνι.

Εξωτερική τουαλέτα και μπάνιο, αλλά οκ. Συνήθως έτσι ήταν παλαιά.

Πανέμορφη βιλίτσα στο κέντρο του Γυαλού! Πρέπει να ήμασταν οι πρώτοι που μπήκαμε - ήταν τα πάντα ολοκαίνουρια
