We had a wonderful stay in Symi, and a big part of the experience was thanks to the incredible hospitality of the lady and her husband. They are truly exceptional people: kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. From the very beginning, they made us feel at home with their warmth and attention. The studio was absolutely perfect: beautifully maintained, equipped with everything we needed, and extremely clean. Every detail was taken care of, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. The location is ideal — peaceful and quiet, with a beautiful sea nearby and the perfect atmosphere to enjoy the charm of Symi. We especially appreciated their amazing availability and support with everything we needed, from helping us with our luggage to arranging scooter rental and transportation. They were always there for us and made everything so easy. This was truly an unforgettable stay, made even more special by such wonderful hosts. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Symi. A perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, tranquility, and outstanding hospitality!

This is not an exaggeration, but Ponente was one of the best places we have ever stayed at and we can’t wait to return. Turning up and seeing the beautiful clear sea was breathtaking and the location is wonderful. The studio was immaculate with great toiletries and was perfectly fitted out with everything you could possibly need. The waterfront setting is excellent. The hosts were wonderful. We greatly appreciated the transfers to and from the ferry port, their smiles and friendliness. They really went out of their way to make us feel so relaxed and welcomed. We loved the unspoilt, quiet location and getting the taxi boat into the main town. Truly an exceptional place with exceptional hospitality. Thank you so very much.
