The location is in a quiet part of the island away from the touristy areas. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The staff were all consistently friendly, proactive and helpful, especially Tan. The food, coffee and smoothies were also actually great, better than expected. The beach is rocky, but it’s just nice to be right on a beach. The yoga, gym, and ice bath were a big part of why I chose this hotel.
The location is very far from the port, and main areas, so you need to be willing to get a scooter and ride 20 mins to get anywhere. For me it was fine, but some people might mind.

This is an absolutely stunning place! The restaurant/common area is on the beach and tastefully designed. It is really beautiful. The food is amazing, we had many of our meals there - kudos to the chef. The staff was also great, particularly Tan who took great care of us from beginning to end, and provided so many great tips for traveling around on the island. This place is really a gem, and it was nice and quiet during the rainy season.
The only big setback was the state of the bungalows we rented, which unfortunately were a bit humid during the rainy season. This is totally understandable of course, and the staff did all they could to assist, but the smell of mold in one of our bungalows and the smell from the bathroom in the other was a big minus.

It was quiet and perfect. The staff was 11/10. Amazing. Food on property was amazing. The value here is unbeatable.
The only thing is the swimming here. It’s on a spot of the beach that is all rocky and coral so low tide is impossible to swim and it’s not very swimmable with high tide. But it’s not a deal breaker because it’s so beautiful

Great location if you're a backpacker who wants to enjoy some peace and good food. But as a family, it's not ideal since there's no pool, and the beach is filled with stones and rocks.
The reception and restaurant staff seemed pretty unenthused about being at work, and their English was pretty much non existing.
Only one or two persons were happy and smiled.
