Indie Beach Koh Chang

I really enjoyed the vibe of this place. It has a relaxed, modern, hipster feel that makes it stand out from many of the other resorts on Koh Chang. Being right on the beach made it a wonderful place to unwind, and the comfortable chairs on the front deck were perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening Chang (or three!) while taking in the view. The rooms were clean, well-presented, and spacious, with plenty of room to relax. Each room also had a good-sized private deck, which was a nice bonus. The bathrooms were equally spacious, well-equipped, and maintained to a high standard. The standout feature for me, however, was the food. The quality was excellent, and there was a wide variety of dishes on the menu. Having such a good restaurant on-site was especially appreciated on rainy days when you didn't feel like heading elsewhere. Overall, a fantastic place to stay, with a great atmosphere, comfortable accommodation, and excellent food. I would happily stay here again.

The cups in the room didn't have handles.

Very nice personal guest house , lovely staff and great location if you want to go diving. We felt very welcome and at home - preferred this one over its sibling sol beach. Excellent food choice

Only disadvantage are the rocks in the water which make swimming not so great. Not many other places around

This suited our needs for a 1 day stay to explore the bottom part of Koh Chang. The free yoga class overlooking the bay and beach was a fantastic bonus. Great coffee. They excepted a wise transfer for payment (avoiding the card surcharge).

The property is steep so getting luggage around is a bit tricky if you have a lot. The staff were very helpful.

Great location if you're a backpacker who wants to enjoy some peace and good food. But as a family, it's not ideal since there's no pool, and the beach is filled with stones and rocks.

The reception and restaurant staff seemed pretty unenthused about being at work, and their English was pretty much non existing. Only one or two persons were happy and smiled.
