Karen is an amazing host. We got on well and nice selection of continental breakfast was served at agreed time every day. Safe, private car park was free.

Not just a place with trees

So this is a private mini complex of several apartments on the outskirts of Nantes. There is nothing to not like. Karen is a ‘super host’ FULL STOP. Brought breakfast in the morning personally to the accommodation. All worked.

Excellent location, the hosts were really friendly and welcoming, the apartment was impecable, very modern and very confortable. The breakfast was brought to our door and it was spectacular. Highly recommendable.

Great weekend in a lovely place

We traveled as a family. Its an oasis of peace in a beautiful area. The apartment was spotless with all necessities, the breakfast- delicious. I looked up the time when driving from central train station and it took us exactly 16 min on a busy Saturday afternoon/evening. Most of all, we have appreciated the hostility of the lovely hosts. Thank you for having made us feel so welcome!

En famille, passez votre chemin

Location lunaire, l'hôte ne prend pas en considération les problèmes du logement et sa réponse a été "partez si vous n'êtes pas content" pour faire simple, alors qu'on lui remontait les problèmes de son logement. 3 semaines pour un remboursement de la nuit non honorée après de trop nombreux échanges et relances. Que dire, une odeur de cave, d'humidité dérangeante, pas de détecteur de fumée, un flexible de douche qui se détache du pommeau, un frigo qui dégivre, le portail qui s'ouvre 1 fois sur 3 automatiquement et un vis à vis avec les voisins trop présent (pas de séparation entre les 2 logements du bas), alors si vous avez le malheur d'avoir des fumeurs et des personnes non respectueuses, vous devez vous enfermez avec vos enfants. Annonce mensongère : pas d'aire de jeux pour enfants a l'extérieur, pas de parasol sur la terrasse avec 37°, je cherche encore a comprendre le terme de chambre familiale ou les enfants sont dans la pièce principale (salle à manger/cuisine) sur des lits simples d'appoint.
