Su personal nos resolvió el problema que teníamos, el cual era una habitación la cual tenía olor a humedad en ambas habitaciones y salón, han sido muy amables y nos han pasado a una de sus villas privadas. En la cual también el aire acondicionado de esa habitación en la villa se estropeó y nos dieron acceso a otra. Su personal es un 10

Deberían hacerle más mantenimiento a sus instalaciones como a sus aires acondicionados y parte de sus exteriores, el lugar tiene un potencial para ser mucho más bonito.

Het personeel is super lief behulpzaam en kan niet anders zeggen. Dat geldt ook voor de dames en heren die het ontbijt verzorgen niets anders dan een dikke 10

De omgeving, wij waren een stel van 60+ en zijn bijna 1 week ziek geweest met zelfs als resultaat de weg naar het ziekenhuis toe, vanwege de smog de stank kreeg ik een longinfectie die straten waar je niet veilig op een stoep kunt lopen zonder dat je door een scooter van de stoep af wordt gereden. Het strand was een klein stukje zwart zand waar zoveel zwerfvuil op lag dat je maar beter gewoon terug naar je hotelkamer kan gaan.

Ci sono due piscine, anche se una non è menzionata. È poco curato lo spazio attorno alla seconda piscina sul rooftop, ed è davvero un peccato perchè la piscjna è bellissima. Strutrura comunque bella, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Abbastanza tranquillo nonostante la vicinanza al centro.

Nulla, solo forse potrebbero rinnovare le isegne che sono vecchissime mentre la struttra non lo è!!

Volgens hotel zijn hun een 3* hotel

Slaapkamer knus, maar oud meubilair. Deuren sluiten niet goed. We kwamen daar voor 4 dagen en mijn vrouw had zwaar haar enkel verzwikt dus wilde rusten. Ontbijt was niet in hotel, maar naar onze kamer gebracht. Na twee dagen heeft het hotel i.p.v. vier dagen naar twee dagen geboekt na onze klacht betreft lawaai. Misschien over een tijd zijn de werkzaamheden klaar? Hotel heeft verder van twee dagen teruggeboekt en wel netjes gedaan!!

Er was niet bekend dat er tegenover het hotel werkzaamheden verricht werden.

We had no issue booking as we were unhappy with our accommodation before we found My Villa and Resort Canggu. Close to restaurants, cafes, markets and the beach. We enjoyed the rooftop pool

SHOWERS AND AIRCON PROBLEM

The location is perfect.

The showers and air con went off 1 day into my stay and this lead to major discomfort , yet the staff still expected me to just leave with no shower . Instead of being compensated , I had to pay them extra in order to stay and shower , despite lack of sleep due to air-conditioning and extremely loud guests. Also the pool upstairs turned a few people's hair a green colour . Ant infestation

De ligging is erg centraal, je kan zo overal naartoe lopen. De vriendelijkheid van het personeel en de grote van de kamers. Bedden lagen heerlijk en waren erg groot.

Kızımla gelip 6 günlüğüne tutup 15 güne uzattık hersey çok iyi özellikle kahvaltısı çevredeki cafelerle yarışır:) personel harika odamız deniz manzaralıydı. Tekrar gelirsem otel konseptli otel için gene burayı tercih ederim.

Os funcionários são muito prestáveis e simpáticos. O quarto e o hotel estavam bem limpos. O quarto era bastante espaçoso. Limparam o quarto todos os dias. Não tivemos insetos nem bichinhos no nosso quarto, que é bastante comum em Bali. Os pequenos almoços são bastante saborosos! Ótima localização, perto de tudo mas escondido da confusão.

O chuveiro tinha pouca pressão. O AC fazia um pouco de barulho mas não interferiu no sono.

This exceeded my expectations on all levels.

I loved the spaciousness of the room, the ability to lay in bed and watch the skyline at night and early morning, sitting out on my balcony was great, and having my own jug and fridge in my room perfect. Breakfast was amazing too

☀️Stuff in the reception is the highlight.

➖Entire bathroom was not clean. ➖The room had very bad smell. ➖Based on the offer the breakfast could be ok but the coffee is not good (Nescafé from the bag and a bag of instant creamer as milk replacement). The cups didn’t seem clean. Plus i got diarrhoea after the breakfast. The first and only one in Bali.

Would stay again

We had the villa - a group of three with own pool. We had two and our neighbours great. Right next to KYND. Bit of a walk to main action for us oldies but not major. Nice simple breakfast included. Great staff and good price. Had a rooftop pool and pool outside reception also. Awesome pillows

Amazing location (esp. for canggu) close to main areas but still quiet and relaxed, friendly and warm staff, good view from the room, good wifi too, awesome rooftop infinity pool, nice vibe, great massage facilities and overall clean property.

Beds weren't the most comfortable, bathrooms were dated and shower was weird, not enough and direct tour or surfing facilities available with the hotel, coffee could be better for breakfast (made to order)

Amazing Stay

Very well located. Great facilities. We stayed at the balinese room, was great, spacious and comfortable. Staff was very nice and they had a very quick whastapp assistance chat which was very helpful. The breakfast was good, allowed to select one option from the menu and any drinks. We had access to 2 pools, both of them amazing and includes towels for the pool.

The door for our room was cute, but did not feel very safe and was not very practical. Locked with lock.

Lovely stay on the other side of the world that felt a bit like home

I had an amazing stay at my villa and resort. The staff is really friendly and the location is amazing. They have a really good breakfast menu and are always willing to help you ! I was a bit sick the first 2 days of my stay here but the staff provided me met a lot of water and they delivered my breakfast to the room every morning on time. I really loved my stay there. If I ever come back to Canngu I know where I’m gonna stay! I would also really recommend to get a massage if your staying there. The therapist is really good at her job!

Quick retreat to Canggu for a fitness weekend

Clean and tidy room with decent blackout curtains, amazing location - walking distance to various exercise studios. Plenty of food options during the day (loads of health food stores). It was on a quieter lane (just 1 lane away from the main streets of Canggu, approx 2-5 mins by GrabBike) so this accommodation was quiet enough for a restful sleep as there is minimal nightlife here. There's also a 24hrs clinic right across the street which came in helpful when I had an accident and sustained a deep cut. Housekeeping and Reception staff were friendly and mostly prompt in fulfiling requests, they had a decent command of the English language so it was easy to communicate. Definitely a location we would consider coming back to despite the minor flaws - it is truly bang for your buck.

- Wardrobe doors were rickety so we ended up not using it. - We would have preferred more power sockets in the room (there were only three - 1 for mini fridge, 1 each for bedside lamp) as a thoughtful room design for charging devices. - Walls were a little thin as we could hear the next room and their midnight activities for some nights.

Beautiful view on the upper balcony rooms, it makes a difference. Very comfy bed. The very quite pool on the rooftop even though it was not properly equipped like with a bar or decorations. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast was not amazing, but it wasn’t a real issue for the value we got for the price.
