The bedroom and beds were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for reaching a lot of places in Canggu on Scooter. Lot of restaurants nearby. I picked "Breakfast included" option. They restaurant is in a neighbouring building. There is a special limited menu for the hotel's "Breakfast included" option.
The hotel is old and needs an uplift. Bathroom is old and was not properly cleaned. Towels were old and torn.

Tucked away off the busy streets of Canguu but everything is very accessible!
Hotel provided all necessities. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Very basic. Neither the pool nor rooftop were compelling.

Beautiful lobby, the staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good and the location was perfect. Close to the beach but not too much traffic and noise from the nightlife.

Location is good. Room is clean. Aircon works.
Poor wifi despite multiple advance requests and reminders before arriving or even before entering room. It was only fixed after I lost two clients, and the staff gave a reluctant apology only after I had to explain basic customer service. No gym either. The discounts are misleading. Rooms are clean with all expected ammenities, but not modern or resort like.
