The size of the villa was amazing, we were 2 families with children (4 adults and 3 kids) and we all had plenty of space, big living and lounge areas, pool was great, each room had a bathroom with shower.
The team was really helpful and all our requests were actioned straight away. The shower head in the bathroom downstairs was broken and they changed it immediately, the same was with gas tank. Thanks team!
The location was the best, walking distance to the beach; lots of restaurants, cafes, spas around.
Showers were really dated and we had to wait a really long time for hot water to come out.
The shower head in the bathroom was broken and sprinkled water everywhere, even though they changed it quickly, it should have been replaced before hosting.
The kitchen was not nicely stocked, everything was dumped in one cupboard and the rest of the drawers were empty and dirty.

Great location and lots of space for extended family travelling together
Very tired could do with a freshen up and some basic maintenance. No water for one entire day.
