Location and the space. Amazing for a family trip with our adult children
Only got 3 pool towels, but there were 5 of us

Location is very difficult to rate!
On the one hand side it has all the features that are advertised. In particular if you are looking for a fully equipped house close to the beach, this is perfect.
Also the staff is very helpful, keeps the location clean and helps with everything that might be missing.
On the other hand side the title “Luxury” as well as the glossy pictures raise the expectation level to something it cannot meet:
To make it qualify as “luxury” it would need a lot of maintenance: From the stains on walls and sofa cushions to the crumbling corners of the walls, to very old and beat-up toilet seats, it does not feel like a „luxury villa“ at all. „Very nice house by the beach“ might be more fitting.
Is this still an 8 rating? Thanks to the very helpful staff, yes.

Clean and close too the beach, gave us early check-in too
The power had gone off within 10 minutes of arriving ,apparently the pool stopped working, 3 days we stayed and couldn’t use the pool at all by the end of it the pool was going green plus the safe didn’t work ,they took it back but never replaced one

"Location and facilities were great! Great side street away from the hustle and bustle but yet so close to beach. Perfect massage place right on the corner and next to a Mini Mart. Loads of restaurants..."
