Location of the hotel was in very quite area overlooking the city and the rooms were very large.

No fridge, no hair dryer no iron. Bathroom was very poor condition .Wall paper peeling and hanging everywhere . Cracked shower base , broken shower handle no curtain and water was runnimg everywhere when turned on. Rotted door and frame and moldy smell everywhere. Non functioning tub with missplaced broken face cover. Breakfast was made just for us but we had to pay for the coffee that should be part of breakfast ? They had this guy workimg outside watering dead shrubs for at least 3 hours but didnt give a shit for the interior ...

The perfect place to stay in Korca

I had a truly wonderful stay at Kristal Hotel in Korça. The location is perfect, peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the essentials and a cozy atmosphere. What really stood out was the kindness and professionalism of the staff — always smiling, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed. You can feel genuine hospitality from the moment you enter. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Korça.

Horrible stay

Nothing, the air conditioner did not work and they didnt want to give us another room. The staff lied about not having another room until they didnt have what to do. There were constant noises in the halls and the lights went out twice. Except all those the bathrooms didnt have any walls only glass and everything was visible. Horrible stay wouldnt recommend.

The hotel is located on the hill of the city, it has a beautiful view of the city. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There were parking spaces in the front and the back of the hotel. The breakfast was great and tasty. The rooms were so clean and very well arranged. Recommend it!

Exceptional

I think we made the right choice for staying in this hotel. Our room had a view of the city and it was fantastic. The hotel is surrounded on all sides by greenery and this gave me peace and made me enjoy the stay even more. The center is 5 minutes away by car. We stayed for one night and even though there was a lot of people the staff was helpful at any moment. The room was big and clean. The breakfast was a buffet and it was very delicious. 10/10 I recommend it and I hope to have the opportunity to return to this hotel as soon as possible.

Disappointing

Tha room was nice.... The area is very quiet.

The staff only speak Albanian. Upon our arrival it seemed they did not know there was a reservation with booking. They showed us 2 rooms, after choosing the room they asked us 40 €, but the reservation was for 24 € ... We paid the amount of the reservation. In the room there were tiles and a bucket in the middle of the room (I don't understand why). The toilet flush was broken. The hotel is very old and does not correspond to the photos published on Booking ... The elevator is there but it is out of order ... At breakfast we requested an orange juice for our son but it was for a fee, not included in the breakfast ... When we paid by credit card the POS printed a white receipt, the payment had been made but since there was no ink there was nothing written, the two girls wanted to get paid a second time because we thought that the payment was not had been made, we showed him from the bank app that the payment was actually there. Many areas of the hotel are in really dire condition, I don't think I will return to this hotel.

This was a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The hotel is located on a hillside overlooking Korce. The views are really nice and especially at sunset. But it's also not really accessible to the downtown without a car or a long walk. Really nice outdoor bar area. The hotel very much has a kind of "communist era" feel to it, mostly in terms of the architecture and layout. So it feels a bit retro without trying to feel retro. I happened to appreciate that.

The hotel is extremely noisy at night. There is always a big noise once you flush the toilet. Everything in the hotel is very dated. There is a big yellow stain under the bed sheet. I would not suggest this place at all.
