Wonderful

Friendly staff. The hotel looks really great. In terms of creativity an unique hotel. Has free parking lots. lovely balcony and everything nice and clean. The breakfast is great. Close to the centre of Korce, but still nice and quiet.

A good stay

A nice and cozy hotel only a short walk from the centre. The area was safe and quiet, the staff of the hotel friendly and attentive. Breakfast was plenty and very tasty.

pleasant stay, great location, mattress too soft

nice location, close enough to town but a few blocks removed from the busy area so it was quieter. dedicated parking on site. Decent breakfast. nice walking from the hotel

The property is way overrated

Quiet area near the center. Alsao the generous balconies are a plus.

There are some problems that cannot be neglected. Payment by card is not possible, even if it is specified as such in the booking process. I had to withdraw from the ATM, obviously I had to pay commissions. The property assumed the reimbursement of these commissions, but this did not happen. Furthermore I did not receive any tax document for the payment. Hygiene products are not replaced daily. The shower gel is refilled manually and the content did not correspond to what was written on the label. The rooms are poorly equipped, there is not even a kettle. Breakfast is good but options are limited.

I strongly recommend something else

The negative aspects fade the positive ones. A positive aspect would be the quiet area and relatively close to the center where the property is located. Also the generous balconies are a plus

The property is much overrated. There are a series of problems that cannot be neglected, especially for someone from outside Albania. First of all, payment is posibile only in cash, even if it is specified in the reservation process that you can pay by card. I had to withdraw a rather large amount from the ATM to pay in cash. Evidently this meant additional commissions. More than that, although I was not told that I had to pay upon arrival, then in every evening the owner's representative requested partial payment. After I made the payment, I did not receive any fiscal document, only an improvised invoice whose data did not even correspond to my stay. The temperature in the rooms cannot be adjusted, there are no heating devices apart from an air conditioner. The hygiene products are not daily refilled. The shower gels were manual refilled and the content did not corespund to the data on the label. The rooms are poorly equipped, you won't even find a kettle. The breakfast is good but the options are limited and the same every day.

Excellent weekend gateway

I booked this hotel for a quick weekend trip for a couple of friends ( I did not travel there myself). They found the place to be wonderful, the staff extremely welcoming and the overall experience memorable. I can tell they will be back.

I enjoyed my stay and recommend for other people

Breafast was satisfied with a variety of food and drinks. Service was great . The staff was very polite and helpful. Vila Eden made it posible a small wedding recepson which it exceeded my expectations. I am truly appreciate.
