We spent 4 days here with our family and took trips around the local area. Our apartment was upstairs; it was nice and clean, with comfortable beds. The owner doesn't speak English, but that's not an issue nowadays thanks to online translators. The house has multiple apartments. We didn't have the opportunity to use the outdoor terrace or outdoor seating, as they probably belong to a different apartment than the loft one. In the photos, you will also see a beautiful whirlpool tub in the bathroom, but you can't use it - you can only take a shower there.
The house is nice, but the location is not pleasant at all. There are two railway lines and busy roads nearby, which causes a lot of noise. A wastewater treatment plant is located close to the house and it smells very bad, especially in the evening – at least we were unlucky that the wind was blowing from the wrong direction :-). It is nothing that you couldn't survive, but the accommodation is not among the cheap ones, so we would expect something better. I cannot say it was bad, but next time we would probably try to choose a different location.

Un sitio muy cómodo y limpio para visitar Aveiro y tranquilo ya q está más a las afueras. Pero en coche está todo muy cerca, para descansar después de todo el día viendo cosas está muy bien.
Los anfitriones de 10, muy atentos a nuestra llegada y pendientes de que estuviéramos cómodos y en todo momento dispuestos a ayudar.
El sitio lo tienen muy bonito preparado tanto dentro como fuera.
Las camas muy cómodas.
Calidad-precio genial
Repetiríamos si volviéramos a Aveiro.
No encuentro nada especial que decir al respecto

El ruido del tren que está próximo por lo demás todo bien

La proximidad a Aveiro y a la ruta de las pasarelas sobre la ría en Cacia
Está situado cerca de las vías del tren lo cual resulta un poco molesto. Las vistas a la ría son difíciles de encontrar (desde la habitación fijándose bastante). La limpieza es mejorable. Hace diez años debió de estar estupendo pero ahora necesita algunas reformas.
