La amplitud del apartamento, la cercanía al centro y la facilidad para aparcar gratis en las inmediaciones.
Se nota un poco de olor a humedad, aunque tienen ambientadores en todas las estancias

Espacioso, con aire acondicionado y todo los detalles que tenia. La ubicación sin estar en el.centro muy buena. Solo a 10 minutos caminando.
Los baños son antiguos y a veces salia olor como a legia o cloro.
