Localização perto do centro
Muito barulho a altas horas da noite pelas pessoas do primeiro andar ( que era também um apartamento da Beira mar loft ), não só dentro do apartamento mas como nas partes colectivas. Tive que me levantar pelas 1 h da manhã para mandar calar o pessoal, que baixaram um pouco o som mas não pararam de falar alto. Embora não esteja a culpar a Beira mar loft, é um parâmetro que tem de notar aos inquilinos que alugam os seus bens. O parqueamento também é um problema em época de férias.

Un piso muy amplio, incluso 2 baños. La coordinación muy buena para la entrada. La ubicación excepcional.
La limpieza en los baños es bastante mejorable, tuve alguna incidencia.

The property was clean and in a great location. The staff was very nice and accommodating, which made our stay more pleasant.
the bed was quite hard and made a squeaky sound, which affected our comfort. Also, the apartment being on the second floor with no elevator made it difficult for my mother-in-law to climb the stairs. Overall, it was a good stay, but these issues should be kept in mind.
