La ubicación es inmejorable. Las camas muy cómodas, los colchones excelentes. Hay habitaciones muy amplias, con camas grandes, sin embargo otras son muy pequeñas y sin ventanas de ventilación ni aire acondicionado, a tener en cuenta en época de calor. Es un lugar excelente para albergar a 6 personas, no más. Todo el apartamento estaba muy limpio.
Las habitaciones se encuentran en la segunda y tercera planta, por lo que hay que subir un buen tramo de escaleras. Solo había un baño para toda la zona de las habitaciones, que son 5. El otro baño se encuentra abajo junto a la cocina y sala de estar, por lo que no es muy cómodo ni práctico. No es apto para personas con movilidad reducida o personas mayores.
